1Name

This instrument is the Fair Work Amendment (Variation of Enterprise Agreements No. 2) Regulations 2020.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Regulation 2.09B

Repeal the regulation.

Part 7‑4 (heading)

Repeal the heading, substitute:

Part 7‑4—Amendments relating to the variation of enterprise agreements (2020 amending instruments)

Subregulation 7.04(2)

Omit “under subregulation 2.09B(3)”, substitute “by Schedule 1 to the Fair Work Amendment (Variation of Enterprise Agreements No. 2) Regulations 2020”.

Subregulation 7.04(2)

Omit “subsection 180(2) and (3) of the Act that starts before that repeal”, substitute “subsections 180(2) and (3) of the Act that starts before the commencement of that Schedule”.

Subregulation 7.04(2) (note)

Repeal the note.

Regulation 7.05

Omit “regulation 2.09B is repealed”, substitute “Schedule 1 to the Fair Work Amendment (Variation of Enterprise Agreements No. 2) Regulations 2020 commences”.
