Fair Work Amendment (State Referrals and Other Measures) Act 2009

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2, 4, 6, 8 and 13 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Fair Work Amendment (State Referrals and Other Measures) Act 2009:

(a)   fix 15 December 2009 as the day on which items 1 to 3 of Schedule 3 to that Act commence; and

(b)   fix 1 January 2010 as the day on which items 1 to 6, 8 to 12, 14, 15 and 17 to 41 of Schedule 1, and items 1A and 4 to 17 of Schedule 3, to that Act commence.
