I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Fair Work Act 2009.

1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Fair Work Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

1. Amendment of Fair Work Regulations 2009

Schedule 1 amends the Fair Work Regulations 2009.

insert

19 A person engaged as an employee under subsection 19 (1) of the Australian Civilian Corps Act 2011 The Director-General of the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) An AusAID or Australian Civilian Corps employee authorised by the Director-General of AusAID

[2]          Before paragraph 6.08 (1) (a)

insert

(aa)        the Australian Civilian Corps Act 2011;
