I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 8 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Fair Work Amendment Act 2015, fix 1 January 2016 as the day on which Part 10 of Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
