2 Fair Trading (Weed Wizard) No. 162, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Weed Wizard) Order 1993 . ˙ Meaning of “Weed Wizard” 2. In this order— “Weed Wizard” means a device known as a ‘Weed Wizard’ that— (a) incorporates a free swinging chain of metal links; and (b) is intended for use as a rotating attachment on powered equipment to cut grass, weeds and other plants. ˙ Supply of Weed Wizard or similar goods prohibited 3.(1) The supply of a Weed Wizard is prohibited under section 85 of the Act. (2) The supply of any other goods that are— (a) substantially the same as a Weed Wizard; and (b) intended for use in a similar way to a Weed Wizard; is prohibited under section 85 of the Act.
