Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Fair Trading Tribunal Act 1998.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe the form of notice to be given to the Fair Trading Tribunal stating that an order of the Tribunal has not been complied with. The giving of that notice has the effect of renewing the proceedings to which the order relates.

This Regulation is made under the Fair Trading Tribunal Act 1998, including section 39A (which deals with the enforcement of certain Tribunal orders and which was inserted by the Home Building Legislation Amendment Act 2001) and section 77 (the general regulation-making power).

1. Name of Regulation

   This Regulation is the Fair Trading Tribunal Amendment (Forms)

   Regulation 2001.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on 30 November 2001.

1. Amendment of Fair Trading Tribunal Regulation 1999

   The Fair Trading Tribunal Regulation 1999 is amended as set out in
   Schedule 1.
