Fair Trading (Retirement Villages Code)

Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages
Code) Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Fair Trading (Retirement I 'Wages
Code) Regulations 2015.

5.	Schedule 1 clause 18 amended In Schedule 1 clause 18(6)(a) delete "(d);" and insert:
(e);

4.            Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3(2) delete "2017." and insert:

2018.

6.            Schedule 1 clause 19 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 19(8)(a) delete "(d);" and insert:

7.             Schedule 1 clause 27 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 27(6) delete "Appendix 1." and insert:

Appendix 2.

8.             Schedule 1 clause 35 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 35(4) delete "to have been received at the end of the second working day after the day of posting." and insert:

to have been given to the person to whom it is addressed at the time at which the written notice, correspondence or other document would be delivered in the ordinary course of post.
