Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages
Code) Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Fair Trading
(Retirement Villages Code) Regulations 2006*.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended in the first paragraph following the
heading "Compliance with this Code" (which precedes
Division 1) by deleting "for Fair Trading".
