FAIR TRADING (RETIREMENT VILLAGES CODE) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.

Code) Amendment Regulations 1993. These regulations may be cited as the Fair Trading (Retirement Villages

Code of Practice amended

2.     The Code of Practice set out in the Schedule to the Fair Trading

(Retirement Villages Code) Regulations 1993* is amended —

(a)	in paragraph 3.8 by deleting "16" where it first occurs and substituting the following —
" 12 ";
(b)	in paragraph 3.17 by deleting "Retirement Villages Tribunal" and substituting the following —
• Retirement Villages Disputes Tribunal
(c)	in paragraph 4.4 by deleting "day's" and substituting the following —
