Fair Trading Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Fair Trading Act 1992.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Fair Trading Regulations.

Substitution

3.  Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Codes of practice prescribed

“4.  For the purposes of section 34 of the Act, the following approved codes of practice are prescribed:

(a)the Fitness Industry Code of Practice;

(b)the Crowd Marshals Industry Code of Practice.”.
