Fair Trading Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Fair Trading Act 1992.

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Principal Regulations

   In these regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Fair Trading Regulations.

3. Citation

   Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end “1995”.

4. Codes of practice prescribed

   Regulation 4 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the following paragraph:

“(g)the Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Industry Code of Practice.”.
