Fair Trading Regulations Amendment

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following regulations under the Fair Trading Act 1992.

1. Commencement

   These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the Gazette.

2. Regulations amended

   These regulations amend the Fair Trading Regulations 1995.

3. Codes of practice prescribed

   Regulation 4 is amended by adding at the end the following paragraph:

“(h)the Retirement Villages Industry Code of Practice.”.
