2 Fair Trading (Prohibition and Restriction of Supply of Goods) No. 87, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Prohibition and Restriction of Supply of Goods) Order 1994 . ˙ Prohibition on supply of certain goods 2. The supply of goods set out in the Schedule is prohibited under section 85 of the Act.

3 Fair Trading (Prohibition and Restriction of Supply of Goods) No. 87, 1994 ¡ SCHEDULE PROHIBITED GOODS section 2 PART 1—FLAMMABLE DIESEL Goods 1. Flammable diesel. Meaning of “flammable diesel” 2. In this part— “flammable diesel” means a petroleum product— (a) that is known as distillate, dieseline, diesel, fuel diesel, marine diesel, industrial diesel, fuel oil, gas oil or diesel oil; and (b) that has a flashpoint of less than or equal to 61°C. ’.
