Fair Trading (Product Information Standard)

Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Fair Trading (Product Information
Standard) Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fair Trading
(Product Information Standard) Regulations 2005*.

3.             Regulation 8 amended

Regulation 8(1) is amended by inserting in the appropriate
alphabetical position —
“

“The National Marine Safety Committee” means

The National Marine Safety Committee
incorporated under the New South Wales

Associations Incorporation Act 1984;

”.

4.             Regulation 8A inserted

After regulation 8 the following regulation is inserted —

“

8A.	Prescribed body
For the purposes of section 59(3)(a)(ii) of the Act, The National Marine Safety Committee is prescribed.

”.
