s1 2 s2 Fair Trading (Mini Fruit Jelly) Order 2001 No. 302, 2001 1 Short title This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Mini Fruit Jelly) Order 2001 . 2 Supply of mini fruit jelly prohibited (1) The supply of a mini fruit jelly is prohibited under section 85 of the Act. 1 (2) In subsection (1)— “mini fruit jelly” means a consumable, jelly-like substance that— (a) is supplied in a thimble-shaped container having a height or width of less than 45 mm; and (b) contains— (i) fruit or fruit flavouring; and (ii) the ingredient konjac, whether described as konjac, conjac, konnyaku, yam flour or glucomannan. 1 FairTradingAct1989 , section 85 (Minister may make orders prohibiting or restricting supply of dangerous or undesirable goods or services)
