s1 2 s3 Fair Trading (Magic Bomb) No. 195, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Magic Bomb) Order 1997 . ˙ Meaning of “magic bomb” 2. In this order— “magic bomb” means a firework known as a magic bomb, that is a throwdown. ˙ Supply of magic bomb or similar goods prohibited 3. The supply of a magic bomb or fireworks substantially the same as a magic bomb is prohibited under section 85 of the Act. ENDNOTES 1.
