Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fair Trading (Infringement Notices)
Amendment Regulations 2007.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fair Trading
(Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006*.

3.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended in the item relating to s. 29(5) of the Act by deleting "$2 000" and inserting instead —

" $200 ".
