Fair Trading (Infringement Notices)

Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Fair Trading (Infringement Notices)
Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Fair Trading
(Infringement Notices) Regulations 2006*.

3.             Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	in Form 1 in the last section by deleting "of Fair Trading" in both places where it occurs and inserting instead —
" for Consumer Protection ";
(b)	in Form 3 by deleting "of Fair Trading" and inserting instead —
" for Consumer Protection ".
