2 Fair Trading (Infant Cushions) No. 212, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Fair Trading (Infant Cushions) Order 1992 . ˙ Prohibition on supply of certain goods 2. The supply of goods set out in the Schedule is prohibited under section 85 of the Act.
3 Fair Trading (Infant Cushions) No. 212, 1992 ¡ SCHEDULE section 2 1. The cushion known as the Tommee Tippee Snuggle-Sak, being a flexible fabric bag that— (a) encloses loose, granular material; and (b) is capable of conforming to the contours of the body, particularly the face, of a child; and (c) is intended to be used with children under 1 year old. 2. Any cushion of substantially the same design as the Tommee Tippee Snuggle-Sak, being a flexible fabric bag that— (a) encloses loose, granular material; and (b) is capable of conforming to the body, particularly the face, of a child; and (c) is intended to be used for children under 1 year old.
