2 Fair Trading (Fuelkey) No. 160, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Fuelkey) Order 1993 . ˙ Meaning of “Fuelkey” 2. In this order— “Fuelkey” means a device that— (a) is known as ‘Fuelkey’; and (b) consists of a hollow plastic block; and (c) is intended to hold open the trigger nozzle on self-serve driveway flowmeters to allow for hands-free operation. ˙ Supply of Fuelkey or similar product prohibited 3. The supply of— (a) a Fuelkey; or (b) any product that— (i) is substantially the same as a Fuelkey; and (ii) is intended for use in a similar way to a Fuelkey; is prohibited under section 85 of the Act.
