s1 2 s3 Fair Trading (Darchery Dartslinger) No. 234, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Darchery Dartslinger) Order 1996 . ˙ Meaning of “darchery dartslinger” 2. In this order— “darchery dartslinger” means a band-powered device for propelling darts that has a barrel, trigger and sights and is known as a ‘darchery dartslinger’. ˙ Supply of darchery dartslinger or similar goods prohibited 3. The supply of a darchery dartslinger or a device substantially the same as a darchery dartslinger is prohibited under section 85 of the Act. ENDNOTES 1.
