s1 2 s3 Fair Trading (Coloured Mothballs) Order 2001 No. 303, 2001 1 Short title This order may be cited as the Fair Trading (Coloured Mothballs) Order 2001 . 2 Meaning of “coloured mothball” In this order— “coloured mothball” means a mothball, other than a white mothball, containing naphthalene and resembling confectionary. 3 Supply of coloured mothball prohibited The supply of a coloured mothball is prohibited under section 85 1 of the Act.
