Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Retail Tenancies) (Rescission) Regulations 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, being satisfied of the matters set out in section 43 of the Fair Trading Act 1990 and acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following regulations under that Act.20 April 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Retail Tenancies) (Rescission) Regulations 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3RescissionThe Fair Trading (Code of Practice for Retail Tenancies) Regulations 1997 , being Statutory Rules 1997, No.169, are rescinded.
