Regulation under the Fair Trading Act 1987.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to repeal the Fair Trading Amendment (Code of Conduct for Short-term

Rental Accommodation Industry) Regulation 2020 before it takes effect.

This Regulation is made under the Fair Trading Act 1987, including section 92 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Fair Trading (Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental

Accommodation Industry) Repeal Regulation 2020.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 9 April 2020 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3      Repeal

The Fair Trading Amendment (Code of Conduct for Short-term Rental

Accommodation Industry) Regulation 2020 is repealed.
