s1 2 s4 Fair Trading Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 No. 342, 2007 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Fair Trading Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 . Part 2 Amendment of Fair Trading Regulation 2001 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Fair Trading Regulation 2001. 3 Amendment of sch 4 (Safety standards—Commonwealth consumer protection notices) (1) Schedule 4, items 1A to 14— renumber as items 2 to 17. (2) Schedule 4— insert— ‘1 Babies’ dummies No. 4 of 2006’. Part 3 Amendment of Fair Trading Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 4 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Fair Trading (Amendment) Regulation (No. 1) 2007.

s5 3 s6 Fair Trading Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2007 No. 342, 2007 5 Replacement of s 2 (Commencement) Section 2— omit, insert— ‘2 Commencement ‘(1) The following sections commence on 1 January 2008— • sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 • section 7, other than to the extent it inserts schedule 5C • section 8, other than to the extent it inserts the definitions breaking limit , motor vehicle recovery strap and safe working load. ‘(2) The provisions of this regulation that are not in force commence on 1 April 2008.’. 6 ‘4 ‘13F Replacement of s 4 (Replacement of ss 13F and 13G of FairTradingRegulation2001 ) Section 4— omit, insert— Replacement of ss 13F and 13G ‘Sections 13F and 13G— omit, insert — Other kinds of goods ‘The schedule stated in column 2 of the following table is a safety standard for the kind of goods stated opposite in column 1 of the table— Table column 1 kind of goods mini-motorbikes corded interior window coverings moveable soccer goals column 2 schedule 5A 5B 5D
