s1 2 s4 Fair Trading Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 No. 238, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Fair Trading Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2002 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 November 2002. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Fair Trading Regulation 2001. 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Safety standards—Commonwealth consumer protection notices) Schedule 4, before item 1— insert— ‘ 1A.
