This proclamation is the Fair Trading Amendment Act 2013
Commencement Proclamation 2013.2. Commencement of Act
The Fair Trading Amendment Act 2013, other than sections 1 and
2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this
proclamation is published in the Government Gazette.
