FAIR TRADING AMENDMENT ACT 1998 NO 55—

PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor.

I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman, Lieutenant-Governor of the State
of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in

pursuance of section 2 of the Fair Trading Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 1998 as as the day on which that Act commences.
