HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice o f the Executive Council , and in pursuance o f the Fair Trading Ac t 1987 , has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Product Safety Regulation 1988 i s amended by omitting P a r t s 2 , 4 ,

6 , 9 and 1 6 .

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to repeal certain product safety provisions that are

outdated, unnecessary or no longer appropriate.

The Regulation is made under sections 26 and 92 of the Fair Trading Act 1987.
