FAIR TRADING ACT 1987—ORDER

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, WENDY SUSAN MACHIN, Minister for Consumer Affairs, after considering a report and recommendation of the Products Safety Committee, in pursuance of section 31 of the Fair Trading Act 1987 and section 43 of the Interpretation Act 1987, do, by this my Order, revoke, on and from 1 November 1994, the Order made under section 39E (1) of the Consumer Protection Act 1969 (being an Order that, by operation of clause 7 of Schedule 5 to the Fair Trading Act 1987, is taken to be an Order under section 31 of that Act), published in Gazette No. 102 of 1 September 1978 at page 3630 (relating to the supply of goods known as baby walking frames (babywalkers)).
