EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this Regulation is to amend the Factories (Health and Safety) Electroplating Regulation 1988 so as to substitute, in a notice that must be displayed where cyanide is stored or kept, a reference to a paramedic in place of a reference to the holder of a first-aid certificate issued by one of a number of specified organisations.
