I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 78 (5) of the Factories, Shops and Industries Act 1962, amend Schedule 3 to that Act by inserting in that Schedule, in alphabetical order, the following words:

Audio shops. Video shops.
