s1 2 s3 Factories and Shops (Sale of Motor Fuel) Amendment (No. 1) No. 122, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Factories and Shops (Sale of Motor Fuel) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Factories and Shops (Sale of Motor Fuel) Regulation 1989 . ˙ Replacement of s 6 (Fees) 3. Section 6— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Fees ‘ 6.(1) In this regulation— “repeal Act” means the Factories and Shops Repeal Act 1995 . ‘ (2) The fees payable under the Act are fixed in schedule 2. ‘ (3) However, for an application for a permit made after the date of assent of the repeal Act, the fee payable is $7.75 for each month between the day the permit takes effect and the day of repeal of the Act. ‘ (4) Also, if the renewal day for a permit is after the date of assent of the repeal Act, the fee payable is $7.75 for each month between the renewal day and the day of repeal of the Act. ‘ (5) In addition, if the Chief Inspector refuses to grant or renew a permit, the Chief Inspector must refund the amount paid.’.
