s1 4 Factories and Shops Repeal The Parliament of Queensland enacts— s5 No. 12, 1995 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Factories and Shops Repeal Act 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This Act commences 1 year after the date of assent. PART 2—REPEALS ˙ Repeals 3. The Acts mentioned in the Schedule are repealed. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT 1990 ˙ Act amended 4. This Part amends the Industrial Relations Act 1990 . ˙ Amendment of s 482 (Appointment of industrial inspectors) 5.(1) Section 482(4)(b)— omit.
