FACTORIES AND SHOPS [ASSENTED TO 14TH OCTOBER, 1922.] BE AME~~~~ENT it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, ACT OF IV22. by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Short title 1. After section 59A of the Principal Act the follow- ing section is inserted :- Working time in bakery. "[59B.] Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act in regard to overtime, no person shall engage or be en.gaged in or in connection with the baking of bread for sale at a time when such person would be prohibited from so engaging or being so engaged bYt"The Industrial Arbitration Act ot 1916," or by any award, order, or agreement thereunder, if he were an employee within the meaning of that Act." 13 NGoe. o 1 . .
