AN ACT to amend the Factories and Shops

Act, 1920-1957.

[Assented to 10th December, 1959.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Factories

and citation.

and Shops Act Amendment Act, 1959.

(2) In this Act the Factories and Shops Act,

Paragraph (a) of section one hundred and thirty-eight of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the figures appearing in the second column under the heading, "Females. Percentage of Female Basic Wage." in the sixth last line to the last line both inclusive, the following figures-

35, 43, 52, 61, 73, 80.
