Extradition (Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Regulations2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Extradition Act 1988.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on gazettal.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Extradition (Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Regulation 5 (Application of the Act)

[NOTE:  The Note following subregulation 5 (3) is taken to be amended by omitting “have ratified” and substituting “are parties to”.]

4.   Schedule

4.1   Omit the Schedule, substitute:
