GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the
Dated 23 April 1985.

Regulation 3 of the Extradition (Republic of Italy) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:
“(e) the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents (being the Convention referred to in the
Crimes (Internationally Protected Persons )Act 1976 ).”.
