Extradition (Republic of Italy) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Extradition (Foreign States) Act 1966.

Application of Act

Regulation 3 of the Extradition (Republic of Italy) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:

“(e) the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents (being the Convention referred to in the Crimes (Internationally Protected Persons) Act 1976).”.
