1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Extradition (Republic of Croatia) Repeal Regulations 2004.

1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

1. Extradition (Republic of Croatia) Regulations 2003 — repeal

Statutory Rules 2003 No. 266 is repealed.
