This instrument is the Extradition Legislation Amendment (2017 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2017.

Extradition (Commonwealth countries) Regulations 2010

Omit “India”.

Extradition (Physical Protection of Nuclear Material) Regulations 1988

Regulation 2

Insert:

Physical Protection Convention has the same meaning as in the Nuclear NonProliferation (Safeguards) Act 1987.

Repeal the definition.

Paragraph 2B(1)(h)

Repeal the paragraph, substitute:

    Article 7 of the Physical Protection Convention.
