Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Extradition Act 1988.

Amendment

1. The Extradition (Federal Republic of Germany) Regulations, being Statutory Rules 1990 No. 134, are amended as set out in these Regulations.

New regulation 6

2. Add after regulation 5:

Repeal of S.R. 1988 No. 302

“6. The Extradition (Federal Republic of Germany) Regulations in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations are repealed.”.
