Extradition (Commonwealth Countries) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Extradition (Commonwealth Countries) Act 1966.

Regulation 4 of the Extradition (Commonwealth Countries) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Declared Commonwealth Countries

“4. Each of the following countries is declared to be a Commonwealth country in relation to which Part II of the Act applies:

Antigua and Barbuda

Ghana

Bahamas

Grenada

Bangladesh

Guyana

Barbados

Hong Kong

Belize

India

Botswana

Jamaica

Brunei Darussalam

Kenya

Canada

Kiribati

Cyprus

Lesotho

Dominica

Malawi

Fiji

Malaysia

Gambia

Maldives

Sri Lanka

Mauritius

Swaziland

Nauru

Tanzania

Nigeria

Papua New Guinea

Trinidad and Tobago
