Extradition
(Cessation of Application) Regulations
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Extradition (Foreign States) Act 1966.

Citation
1. These Regulations may
be cited as the Extradition (Cessation of Application) Regulations.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations, “the
Act” means the Extradition (Foreign States) Act 1966.
Application of the Act
3. The Act shall cease to
apply in relation to the Kingdom of Denmark, being a foreign state in relation
to which the Act applied by virtue of subsection 9 (1) of the Act.
