The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase
certain fees and royalty rates under the ExtractiveIndustries Development Act 1995.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 56 of
the Extractive Industries Development Act1995.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 30 June
2000.
4. Schedule 1 substituted
