REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905.

Amendments of the Exports (Meat) Regulations

Fee for officer’s services.

Regulation 50 of the Exports (Meat) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) the figures “ $2.00 ” and substituting the figures “ $2.50 ”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1) the figures “ $1.50 ” and substituting the figures “ $1.90 ”;

(c) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (1) the figures “ $1.50 ” and substituting the figures “ $1.90 ”;

(d) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1b) the figures “ $0.15 ” and substituting the figures and word “ 20 cents ”;

(e) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-regulation (1b) the figures “ $0.50 ” and substituting the figures and word “ 65 cents ”;

(f) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-regulation (1b) the figures “ $1.00 ” and substituting the figures “ $1.25 ”; and

(g) by omitting from paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (1b) the figures “ $1.50 ” and substituting the figures “ $1.90 ”.
