REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 19051

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905.

AMENDMENTS OF THE EXPORTS (MEAT) REGULATIONS2

Third Schedule

The Third Schedule to the Exports (Meat) Regulations is amended—

  • (a)

    by omitting from paragraph 1 in the second column of item 28 “less than 22.5” and substituting “more than 150”;

  • (b)

    by omitting from paragraph 1 in the second column of item 29 “less than 22.5” and substituting “more than 150”; and

  • (c)

    by omitting from paragraph 1 in the second column of item 29A “less than 19” and substituting “more than 150”.
