Exports (Honey) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905.

Interpretation

Regulation 4 of the Exports (Honey) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the table and substituting the following table:

Measurements in millimetres recorded in relation to honey	Colour
Not exceeding 34...........................................................	White
Exceeding 34 but not exceeding 48..................................	Extra Light Amber
Exceeding 48 but not exceeding 65..................................	Light Amber
Exceeding 65 but not exceeding 83..................................	Pale Amber
Exceeding 83 but not exceeding 100................................	Medium Amber
Exceeding 100 but not exceeding 114..............................	Amber
Exceeding 114...............................................................	Dark Amber
