REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1975 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1973.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901-1975 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905-1973.

Amendment of the Exports (Fresh Fruit) Regulations 

Third Schedule— item 1.

The Third Schedule to the Exports (Fresh Fruit) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraphs (4), (5), (6), (7) and (7a) (in the second column) of paragraph 1 of item 1 and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:—

“ (4) Apples packed otherwise than in a Standard apple box, an Australian apple box, a cell pack carton, an Australian tray carton or a tray pack shall
