I, T H E G O V E R N O R - G E N E R A L in and over the Commonwealth

of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive

Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act

1901-1951 and the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905-1950.

AMENDMENT OF THE EXPORTS ( F R E S H F R U I T ) REGULATIONS.

Fees for

Regulation 31 of the Exports (Fresh F ru i t ) Regulations is amended officers'

by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words " T e n shillings and nine	services.
pence" and inserting in their stead the words "Twelve shillings and

six pence".
