REGULATIONS UNDER THE
CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1960 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1950.*

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the Customs Act 1901-1960
and the Commerce (Trade
Descriptions) Act 1905-1950.

Commencement.
1. These Regulations
shall come into operation on the first day of January, 1962.
